SUD Client Satisfaction Survey Schedule

The SUD Survey Schedule for FY 2019 has been finalized for Substances Use Disorder Services.

NMRE will continue to utilize the electronic Survey Monkey tool for all surveys.

Survey contacts for your agency will be notified by email of the upcoming survey and link.
