NMRE Peer/CHW regional group met with a DHHS Eligibility Specialist to discuss Medicaid Navigation as it pertains to working with health home beneficiaries. This list of questions and answers was compiled as a result of frequently asked questions and questions posed during the meeting and is intended as a resource for health home partners.
