NMRE SUD Clinical Application

NMRE requires a Clinical Application for all provider staff who will provide direct service to clients. 
Clinical Applications must be approved by NMRE before provider staff can provide clinical services funded by NMRE.

Completed applications should be submitted to providersupport@nmre.org. Provider staff who need access to the RECON system will be required to attend an webinar training before a log-in is issued.  See Webinar Training document.

When Clinical staff leave employment, NMRE requires notification of departure through providersupport@nmre.org, including the last date of employment, so that we can keep accurate records, update contact lists and deactivate staff from RECON system.
