Public Act 2 Liquor Tax Reporting Form

NMRE requires all agencies who have been awarded liquor tax funding grants to complete and submit a quarterly report regarding activities and expenditures.  Reports are to be submitted to NMRE by the 15th of the month following the quarter (January, April, July, October).
