First, Make sure you save the correct address to your favorites: https://pcesecure.com/recon
Second, Clear browsing data by doing the following:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More  . .
- Click More tools  Clear browsing data. Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
- Select the types of information that you want to remove.
- Click Clear data.
Third, Clear Cookies and other Data
- On your computer, open Chrome  . .
- At the top right, click More  Settings Settings . .
- Click Privacy and security  Cookies and other site data. Cookies and other site data.
- Click See all site data and permissions  Clear all data.
- To confirm, click Clear.
Fourth, Add to Whitelist by editing site setting:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- Go to RECON website.
- To the left of the web address (https://...), click the lock icon:   
- Click Site settings.
- Change the "Pop-ups and redirects" permission setting to "Allow". 
Fifth, Allow Cookies for a specific site by adding pcesecure.com:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More  Settings. Settings.
- Click Privacy and security  Cookies and other site data. Cookies and other site data.
- Next to "Sites that can always use cookies," click Add. 
- Enter the web address.
- Select Add.
Lastly, try another PC to see if is your PC or network having the issue. If you are still having issues email
